Over the past two and one-half years, M. Catton & Co. has worked with Wells Enterprises, Inc. and me to re­imagine the Wells Visitor Center here in Le Mars. The company provides a high level of design and excellent attention to detail when it comes to the fabrication and installation process. The Visitor Center opened this past June over Ice Cream Days in Le Mars. It was a challenging renovation that repurposed a pair of one-hundred-year-old buildings into a facility that engages families, leisure & educational tour groups and special events while serving as a tourism focal point to a downtown business district. The project required extra focus on stakeholder collaboration and an unwavering dedication to our project's mission to tell the Wells Family, the city of Le Mars, and product brand story.
