Emily Oaks Nature Center is an oasis in the middle of Skokie, Illinois. The center serves the community as an after school facility, adult education classroom, rental events center and summer camp venue. It is part of the Skokie Park district and the intent of the exhibit, called the Woodland Wander Inn, is to introduce "city kids" to the wildlife around them.
